Over the Easter weekend, I was busy fixing (ie making) the fridge door and re-siting the navigators seat and checking the batteries and... and... I think next weekend will have to be our season opener. ![]()

Apart from New carpet, a replacement 135 ampre hour battery for the auxhilaries, upgrade of the tv system, change the oil and plugs, scub clean everything, rub down and matt varnish some of the wood work inside the saloon, rubbing stakes and wheel house. fit a new square flourescent light to replace the wheel house light, update fire blanket and first aid kit in wheelhouse, repaint exhauhst manifold, polish all copper fuel lines and copper water pipes and replace two hoses on the Chlorifier system, scub clean all fenders with brobat and all warps and fender ropes into the washing machine, steam clean hull and antifoul as required.!!!!! Yes, a pretty normal start to the season really !! Oh I neary forgot ,also fitted a Vhf radio and new aerial so I can now talk to other boats and the lock keepers at Mutford lock. This year there will be 8 or 9 boats doing the Air Show trip at Lowestoft and weather permitting we plan to come back via the Coastal run to Yarmouth!!! This is Seadog signing off, trasmision ended we are clear

Hi Seadog I'd love to do the trip out to sea and up to Yarmouth sometime. I've got the horsepower but no back-up outboard or radio at the moment. If ever I'm properly equipped, I'll need some company for the maiden voyage; how are you fixed?

Any good? Our white fenders were in little blue socks for 2 years and they're now quite badly stained. We resorted to bleach in the end and even that hasn't completely shifted the black stains.
