Has anyone else noticed being a touch sluggish to respond this past couple of days?

Or is it <sigh> just me?

The forums a little quiet due to a slight lack of members, and the fact we're not all idiots asking the same old questions!

Give it time....

Meanwhile, a little forum promotion on other forums is the best way to get some fresh victi...er, members in!

It seems to come and go.  Mind you, it could also be my Virgin broadband connection. <sigh>

No, it's a free forum, so goes slow sometimes. Thats the price you do pay....

One of the Virgin routers was screwed a few weeks ago and a lot of areas of the internet simply vanished.  The Aceboards structure was all unreachable along with such trivial sites like the whole of Geocities, NBC and parts of Yahoo!

It took about a week for Virgin to fix it.

Yes, it was a complete shambles 'cos, at first, Virgin didn't see that there was a problem ("Works okay for us. Have you turned your router on and off?") and then, when enough people had complained, they couldn't give any estimate for a fix.

I'm back again now though.  Aren't you all glad?

You needn't answer that question!

Hi all, I have to agree that this site does on many occasions appear to be operating very slowly and frequently I am unable to connect at all.
Also, does anyone know where the missing posts relating to BOA clothing have gone to?

The missing posts were about 'absent clothing' which subsequently arrived, so I pruned them.

Was there anything worth keeping then?  :/

No; nothing worth keeping, but no mention as to what had happened to them. Now I know I can go to sleep again for a little while.
