Now I know most people out there are probably thinking of the Thames Valley rally at the mo.  But how about a meet of 25's sometime this year to suit all thames based boats.
I know we are spread out somewhat. Ramage and myself at Bray and No Regrets over at T and K.  Somewhere in between may be favourable such as Henley again. But there is Cookham, Marlow etc.

Chew on it and lets see what develops

lol it was grim, took her back to the mooring in the lovely rain, on my own as the family said I was mad to go to the boat in the horrible weather.  Got wet, cold and err still enjoyed myself lol.

Hoping for a drier day today

Well i went out this afternoon (Sunday) and ended up at Cliveden moored on one of the islands. Was Great weather considering what Saturday was like.
Had the back canopy completely open to the elements and absolutely no part of my body has suffered frost bite!!

Did you manage to get out again nickcred?

That is where I took my daughter and her boyfriend on Friday. Mind you, we had the heater running for the whole trip!

Hi yes I did get back out again on Sunday, still had some polishing and general tidy up to do but went for a quick run down to Old Windsor Lock.  Weather was great we sat on the boat Canopy up and in T Shirts.  Was so good to be back on board again.  Hoping this weekend the weather is as forecast and if I can will escape the office on Friday afternoon and head downfor the weekend.

Well with work etc, I can't commit myself to the TVR.

But I'm sure I can get to the boat at some point over the coming weekend so if any other Birchwood owners finding themselves at a loose end and would like to spend time drinking and generally taking the piss out of each others boats then I will be out there. Either Windsor or Cookham with the time I have. May even drive to TVR to eyeball the goings on

Work is the curse of the Boating classes!

Don't forget the TVR is Saturday/Sunday/Monday (Bank holiday).

I am sure you will be welcome as a visitor by car, or short term by boat if you can make it.

I will not be able to do the forum Ashmount Rally to South Stoke the following weekend because Alex is Rowing in the Ball Cup at Dorney Lake on the Sunday.

I will try to get up there on Saturday by car however.

I'll open up a 'Suitable dates' thread.

We can throw a few dates at each other, until they all match!
